HOMO FERRATUS - by makadi3000

I'm a designer currently living and working in Zurich, right in the middle of Europe. This blog is about my original toy work and hobby interests. I dedicate it to Japanese artist Kow Yokoyama, creator of the Maschinen Krieger universe, which has always been a teacher and source of inspiration to me, as he is for many contemporary concept artists and illustrators of the 21st century.

CERBERUS (06)

Next step is to give the right dimension to the rear, middle and front cylinder. The head is made from a fuel tank (Italeri Truck Accessories).

I added end caps, which are used to cover screws on furnitures, to get the raised shape at the ends of the cilinders...

One side of the head has a spheric end...

The main tank is made from two bottle caps of unknown provenance and the rear cylinder is a small 1/35 oil drum also with raised end caps.
