I dedicate it to Japanese artist Kow Yokoyama, creator of the Maschinen Krieger universe, which has always been a teacher and source of inspiration to me, as he is for many contemporary concept artists and illustrators of the 21st century.

BRAMBLE by Ashley Wood


BRAMBLE - the new world war robot by Ashley Wood is here! It's been less than half a year since we've met BERTIE, now the first of three limited variations of 1/6 scaled BRAMBLE is ready to be released tomorrow at Bambaland. Like BERTIE, it's a fully articulated high quality toy and comes with a nearly 13-inch long gatling gun!

Ashley Wood is an Australian award winning comic book artist and illustrator who is well known for his cover art and concept design. Wood's illustration technique is a combination of traditional painting techniques, coupled with digital photography and graphic software.
